The 2011 Ford Fiesta nabbed a mention on Kelly Blue Books Top 10 Coolest Cars Under $18,000 thanks to its 28 mpg city, 40 mpg highway EPA rating and mile-long standard feature list, not to mention it's updated styling and fantastic looks. Here is what the Kelly Blue Book has to say:
